D) Blasting operation consumables:
a) Various blasting operation consumables shall be either or combination of following: 1) Gunpowder
2) Dynamite
3) Gelignite or any other high explosive
b) Blasting operation consumables shall be purchased from a licensed supplier.
c) Manufacturer’s literature indicating complete procedure of carrying out blasting operation shall be kept on site for ready reference.
d) Necessary permissions must be obtained for purchase and storage of blasting material/explosives
